Who we are
Inner Dimensions is a leadership development consultancy that offers a range of support products and services that help awaken the individual to the potential they possess within themselves – their inner dimensions – qualities, leadership and thinking styles, goals, values and abilities.
The company’s core objective is to promote personal and cultural awareness to individuals and to the organisations that employ them. Primarily, this awareness tends to be associated with behaviour, i.e. how and why individuals may act in a particular way, but it may also be associated with the impact that certain behaviours may have on the individual, the people they work with, or the organisational values.
Additionally, we seek to empower individuals to apply what they learn to increase their effectiveness and achieve their full potential, to benefit others, as well as themselves, and to promote lasting behaviour change.
Inner Dimensions provides coaching, mentoring and personal development support to individuals and also offers training, coaching and mentoring support in the corporate arena. We provide our products and services in a range of organisational contexts and have particular expertise in the area of Diversity and Work-Life Balance.
Basically then, Inner Dimensions’ is in business to:
- Help individuals and organisations to become aware of the potential they have at their disposal;
- Utilise their potential; and
- Empower people to apply their learning to enrich their own and the lives of others.
Our People
Oenca Calliste-Fontaine BA (Hons.), MCIPD
Inner Dimensions Ltd is owned and managed by its Principal Director, Oenca Calliste-Fontaine. Oenca is an experienced Coach and Mentor in the areas of individual and organisational development. A perceptive and competent facilitator, who is able to communicate effectively at all levels within an organisation.
She is a very creative and energetic individual who has a natural affinity for people and has excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. She has change management experience through the extensive delivery of 360-Degree Feedback processes, UK-wide responsibility for interpersonal and team development and project management training within BMW Group (UK). She also has experience in the area of Diversity and Work-Life Planning within Land Rover, Ford. Oenca was responsible for the design and development of the on-site Nursery, Heath and Fitness and Well-being Centre at Land Rover’s Gaydon site.
In addition, she is an accredited trainer to deliver Development Dimensions International (DDI) modular training programmes. She has co-trained a number of Leadership Development and Coaching Programmes, is accredited and teaches ‘The Power of Purpose’ and ‘The Power of Self-Esteem’ personal development training courses on behalf of the Kairos Foundation. Finally, Oenca is actively involved in setting up a training ministry within the Church.

Debbie is an experienced PA and Office Manager with 8 years experience working to senior manager, director, chief executive and board level. She has previous experience working in the public and private sector, managing all aspects of administration and providing a full PA support service.

Oenca Calliste-Fontaine holds ‘Associate’ status with a few carefully selected organisations and as such works closely with them in providing training and leadership development support to a number of local government, public and private sector organisations. Currently these include:
- The Whole Brain Centre – The Whole Brain Centre provides the most effective and up-to-date services, products and technologies, which enhance personal performance and improve business results. “What makes them different?” Whole brain thinking is at their centre. Inner Dimensions works closely with a number of other like-minded coaching and leadership development companies and consultancies. This ensures that it continues to provide creative and leading edge solutions that increase personal, managerial and leadership effectiveness. Currently these include:
- Train of Thought – Train of Thought is a consultancy, formed and managed by Julie Farmer, that offers a range of development and consultancy services to organisations in the private and public sectors. They have a particular expertise in innovative “whole brain” approaches to teaching, learning and development and in the role of emotional intelligence in effective personal and organisational behaviour. Train of Thought also offers accredited training and development of coaches and mentors leading to OCN or BTEC CPD awards.
- Performance Development Consulting (PDC) – PDC is all about creating development programmes that really make a difference to performance. PDC helps organisations to become more successful, by supporting the individuals and groups that make up the organisation to deliver improved results.
PDC was formed by Andy James at the beginning of 2003. Andy began his career with British Aerospace, in the Purchasing Department of the Military Aircraft Division, where he held a variety of commercial and project management roles, working on major export aircraft programmes. He was a member of a number of multi-function teams involved in launching new projects. He moved to a career in training and development in 1994 and has worked for 3 consultancies holding a range of consultant, team leader, management and business development positions.
- The Brand Inside (TBI) – The Brand Inside is a behaviour change agency that specialises in maximising business performance through brand inspired behaviours. It partners, Mike Ward, Mike Dickson and Jonathan Warner, have a wide range of skills and expertise in HR, Change Management and Marketing. TBI has a strong track record across organisations in the Public and Commercial Sector, across a wide range of market categories.
